Screening "The Kashmir Files" in The Hague

The European Kashmiri Pandit Community along with Global Human Rights Defence, screened the movie at Pathé Buitenhof on the 17th of June 2022 followed by a round table with Marco Respinti (Director-in-Charge of Bitter Winter, A Magazine on Religious Liberty and Human Rights), Pallavi Joshi (producer of the movie), and Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri (writer/director of the movie).

 

The event was attended by about 300 people of diverse multicultural and multinational backgrounds and foreign dignitaries including:

  1. From the Embassy of the Dominican Republic - His Excellency Ambassador Juan Bautista Duran

  2. From the Embassy of the Federative Republic of Brazil - His Excellency Ambassador Paulo Roberto Caminha De Castilhos França

  3. From the Embassy of the Republic of Malta - His Excellency Counsellor Robert Micallef

  4. From the Embassy of the Republic of Costa Rica - His Excellency Ambassador Arnoldo Brenes Castro

  5. From the Embassy of the People's Republic of Bangladesh - Her Excellency Counsellor Ms. Nawrid Sharmin

Other notable guests included Ms Rita Datadin, Chairman of the Hindu Council Netherlands.

For most of the predominantly non-Indian audience, the film was an eye-opener. GHRD calls on the international community to condemn this neglected ongoing massacre.
