Since 2017, the condition of the Eritrean refugees is worsening in Switzerland. The restrictive revision of the National Asylum Law impacts the fundamental rights to seek asylum in Switzerland. Refugees are in a dilemma of whether to return to Eritrea where there is no re-admission or stay in Switzerland where they are considered illegal.
