Transition Period for Chad is Underway

On the 20th of May, the Secretary General of the Mouvement patriotique du Salut (MPS) Mahamat Zen Bada created a technical committee to reflect on the future of the country. The committee has three weeks to develop a  plan to get through the transition period and to get out of it. At the end of the period, it has to submit the report to the Bureau politique national (BPN).
