One of the important human rights issue is the saddening state of Tibetan Buddhists for freedom of religion or belief in Tibet. Tibetans Buddhists face a high level of religious persecution, torture and threats by the Chinese Government. The Tibetan Buddhists are appealing for a dialogue between the two parties for freedom of religion.
