During our first day in Brussels, GHRD got the chance to meet with Jeroen Lenaers, the MEP from CDA. Lenaers gave us insight into complex cases of spyware in the EU, such as the role of "Pegasus" and how to balance the right to privacy and security, and the effect of the invasion of Ukraine and the involvement of Russian cyberwarfare in the EU.
