On Monday, 25th of October 2021, The Council of Islamic Ideology (CII), Women Parliamentary Caucus (WPC), and Child Welfare and Protection Commission jointly organized a dialogue on ending child marriages. The conference was joined by religious leaders across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who expressed their resolve to promote the rights of girls, women, and all vulnerable segments of society. The resolution was focused on behavioral and attitudinal change to discourage forced marriages.
