Palestinians vow to fight Israeli forces if they raid Jenin camp

Israeli security forces and intelligence agents are continuing their search for the six Palestinian prisoners who escaped from Gilboa, a high-security Israeli prison, on Monday. The prisoners were identified as Zakariya Zubeidi, a former Fatah party leader in the northern West Bank city of Jenin, as well as five Palestinian Islamic Jihad members. According to Israel, one of the escapees has been captured.
It Is unclear where the prisoners are hiding, but it is alleged that they are headed for Jenin, where their families are based. With the expectation of the Israeli soldiers invading the Jenin refugee camp in search of the six Palestinian prisoners, the families are prepared, and members of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group are ready to fight the Israeli forces. Several villages near Jenin have been already raided.
