Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) releases its “Draft Policy on Situation Completion” for guiding purposes

The document, published on 25 March 2021, addresses issues related to the organisation, division and scope of the work conducted by the Office of the Prosecutor in the Court and it was designed to be part of a ‘procedural’ policy paper trilogy to provide further guidance on the Office’s work. The document is open for consultations by State Parties to the Rome Statute, civil society and stakeholders. Further, the Office welcomes considerations and comments from external consultations that could help to improve the guidelines.  Comments can be sent to: Office.OftheProsecutor@icc-cpi.int, by Wednesday, 21 April 2021, midnight (CET).
