British-Iranian aid worker Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe appears before a Teheran court related to a new charge of “propaganda against the establishment”. Zaghari-Ratcliffe, who was held on spying charges before, is now being charged in relation to her participation in a gathering outside the Iranian embassy in London following the contested elections of 2009.
