GHRD Statement High-Level Panel Death Penalty 58th Session Human Rights Council

Global Human Rights Defence (GHRD) gave a statement during the High-Level Panel on Death Penalty during the 58th session of Human Rights Council. There are over 50 countries which still use death penalty, but not only for the criminal violations. Some countries use death penalty to repress and oppress minorities and political dissidents.
