Germany takes action to strengthen the work of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) with a contribution of €1M

In a ceremony that took place on 12 March in the Hague, in the headquarters of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), Germany formalised a contribution of €1M to the Trust Fund for Security and Business Continuity of the organisation. The purpose of the contribution is to strengthen the technological capabilities of the OPCW thus ensuring that it can meet its new challenges, such as the implementation of virtual meetings modalities. The OPCW is an international organisation committed with the mission to supress chemical weapons in the world.
