European Union publishes Annual Report on Human Rights and Democracy

The European Union has published its annual report on human rights and democracy globally for the year 2020. The document includes a statement by Josep Borrel, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign affairs and Security Policy. Borrel acknowledges the difficulties and challenges the year brought on the world.
