Egypt, Iraq and Jordan hold tripartite summit in Baghdad

The summit among Egypt, Iraq and Jordan took place in Baghdad on 27th June. It is the first time in three decades that an Egyptian Head of State visit Baghdad, while Jordan was in Iraq in 2019. The aim of this summit is to strengthen the economic and political cooperation among these countries and the topic faced during the meeting were investments and the fight against terrorism. This summit consolidate the new position of Iraq in the alliances alongside Egypt and Jordan.
